**Accounts and Customer Service Administrator c 25k - 28k Derry/Londonderry**

A new role has arisen for this well-established Irish Food company who have a depot based in the North West.

They are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to work in a team environment and support existing team members.

This ranges from processing invoices as well as dealing with customers’ orders on the phone and updating on the computerised system.

You will be working in a fast-paced office environment dealing with customers ,suppliers and supporting the sales team on a daily basis. This role requires the person to have a helpful approach who can work as part of a team and be proactive.

This role would suit an all rounder who can work between accounts administration and dealing with customers’ orders.

**The Role**
- Process weekly and monthly payroll
- Processing of sales invoices
- Processing of purchase invoices
- Credit control
- Bank reconciliations
- Purchasing of a group of products
- Uploading sales data from a mobile device on to accounts package.
- Managing customer database and provide sales reports to relevant sales personnel
- Taking orders and providing tele sales support to sales team

Supporting team members in packing area as and when required

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in an accounts or similar role
- Accounts Administration experience processing invoices and dealing directly with customers required.
- Ability to ring customers on a regular basis and build up a rapport
- Computer literate in Microsoft word and Excel
- Good working knowledge of SAGE accounts and Thesaurus payroll,although not essential
- Attention to detail with strong background in accounts and customer services.
- Good problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to multi task and support team as and when required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with enthusiastic outgoing attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
