Essential Criteria:

- 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
- Must possess 5 GSCEs at grade C or above including English and Maths.
- Solid understanding and experience in use of all Microsoft Office packages.
- Experienced in compiling and maintaining high volumes of data and ability to perform in-depth data analysis
- Ability to work in fast paced constantly changing environment

Desirable Criteria
- 5 years previous experience in a customer service role within a busy office environment.

**Main Responsibilities**

Customer service executives use their skills and experience to ensure the company delivers the highest standards of service to customers. They will liaise directly with customer on all enquiries to satisfy needs and ensure maximise customer satisfaction.

Tasks will include:

- KPI monitoring and measuring in line with SLA.
- Order processing to highest standard
- Compilation and maintenance of data with in-depth analysis
- Planning and prioritisation of workload to meet customer expectation.
- Building strong rapport with clients to understand their requirements.
- Achieve maximum customer satisfaction levels through effective verbal and non-verbal communication internally and externally.
- Enthused, flexible and positive approach to all tasks to promote harmony within department and business.
- Identify opportunities and threats that are critical to the success of the department and business.
- General customer services administration within the department and for the Chief Contracts Officer.

Hours per week: 38.66 (Mon-Thu: 8am-5.05pm, Friday: 8am-12pm)

33 Holiday days per year.
