**A superb opportunity to join a small, growing PR agency team as their Agency Director, leading to an MD role fairly soon**

The business specialises in PR for the financial services and construction sectors and this exciting opportunity will give you a great chance to work in a senior leadership role as Agency Director initially, with a very clear plan for this role to become MDlevel very quickly.
So, we are on the lookout for a talented Agency Director to help take this agency to the next level. It’s a close-knit team and we're looking for someone who can help us keep the engine running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the CEO and other senior management to develop and implement the agency's strategic plans and ensure they are met.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency and ensure that everything is running smoothly - that’s all aspects of running an agency - team, clients, facilities, new business
- Manage the agency's finances, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Help us build and maintain a team of talented professionals who are passionate about PR and our clients, including training, development and ensuring everyone is on target to deliver their work.
- Ensure that our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with a smile
- Identify areas where we can improve our operations and implement new processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to make sure that we're getting the best deals and the best service.

Yiou MUST understand the deliverables in clients services within a PR and communications agency, although you could come from a similar agency background, rather than PR (so comms, digital, social media)
