**Sales Director - Bristol**

My client based in Bristol are currently seeking a professional to join their rapidly growing UK Team on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to work for a highly prestigious business and be a key part of some highly exciting project work.

As a Sales Director, your responsibilities include leading the sales team to achieve revenue goals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. You will need to analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and adjust sales tactics as needed. Additionally, you will oversee the development and execution of sales training programs and ensure that the team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed. Success in this role requires strong leadership skills, a results-driven mindset, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospect organisations through strategic, value-based selling techniques
- Manage the full sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales
- Pipeline and territory strategy development; engage in prospecting activity to drive pipeline creation
- Position solutions and articulate their value based upon customer's strategy and direction

**Qualification & Experience**:

- More than 5 years experience in Business Development
- Track record of achievement in a sales environment
- Proven ability to understand the client's business and technology issues, and be able to provide solutions that align to the client's requirements
- Experienced multi million $ seller, ideally selling to Marketing profiles
- Management skills, potential, leadership
- Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior level relationships
