We're looking for a seasoned Client Services Director or Senior Account Director/Client Partner to join a leading Bristol based CRM/digital marketing agency that partner with an amazing selection of well known brands.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- The Client Services Director position is an internally facing role predominantly, orchestrating and nurturing the client services team.
- You’ll be an escalation point for clients as needed.
- Managing client expectations, increasing client satisfaction and engagement, and understanding and driving the strategic direction and tone for all client accounts.
- Staying ahead of the curve on areas of the agency's specialties and core competencies, pursuing new ways to contribute to the overall agency and client profitability.
- Establishing strong relationships across all agency teams, including their Client Services & Project Management, Creative & CX, Development, Strategy & Insight, Campaign & Delivery teams.
**Experience you’ll need to apply**:
- Experience managing a high-performing client services team and helping them nurture and develop their skills further.
- Excellent people management skills and day-to-day operational experience.
- Digital/CRM understanding.
- Experience in working with global brands.
