An exciting opportunity has arisen within Norwich Locality to work as a Therapy Community Assistant Practitioner within a multi-disciplinary community therapy team.

This is a secondment post until 14/3/24.

We require an enthusiastic and motivated therapy assistant to join our established friendly therapy team. The role will require a reliable and flexible individual who is able to work independently and support others to ensure the delivery of a quality service.

The role requires good communication and problem solving skills to support patients with varying and complex conditions in their own community setting.

You will have good communication skills, demonstrate empathy towards patients, and work well within a team.

Currently the hours of service are Monday to Friday 09.00am - 17.00pm. Qualified therapists provide daily support within these hours and regular supervision will be provided.
