London, United Kingdom SMRS Ltd Full time

**Culture Consultant**

**Location flexible (accessible to our locations in London and Manchester)**

We work with employers and educators across the UK and around the world, to drive change that reaches far beyond their walls. And we mean long-lasting, sustainable change - the kind that improves life chances as well as organisational performance. We deliver this already, by helping clients understand and express who they are. You’ll take us one step further, by building our ability to help them change who they are.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity and support to drive our culture consultancy service. Taking our existing service to the next level, you’ll combine your expertise and experience with your colleagues’ to lead a robust and rounded people-centric offering - one capable of changing our high-profile clients, and our entire market, for good. This will involve everything from establishing networks and spotting opportunities to leading culture projects, facilitating workshops and consulting sessions and sharing ideas with the wider consultancy team.

**Requirements**:
A culture expert with a curious mind and a collaborative, entrepreneurial approach, you’re ready to explore this incredible opportunity with us. You’ve delivered culture consultancy projects before, so you understand organisational and network psychology and the role it plays in cultural change. You have had an experience of designing and facilitating sessions and workshops tailored to clients’ needs and objectives, ranging from change management to leadership development. You are comfortable working with data to develop insights, and people to develop ideas. And, above all, you share our determination to deliver long-term, sustainable change for the organisations you work with.

We offer flexibility in our working arrangements, both in terms of reduced hours and remote working.

Our office locations are Manchester and London. This role will be hybrid, but you will be expected to visit and engage with colleagues in both office locations for collaborative working and team days on a regular basis, and occasional visits to various client sites. Please let us know your preferred working arrangements when you apply.

So join us, and make your expertise and ambition count for more.

We believe that a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace makes us a more relevant and more resilient company. We welcome people from all backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and experiences. SMRS is an equal opportunity and disability confident employer, and our business is B Corp Certified.

**Benefits**:
