**Job Scope**:
We are looking to recruit an Onboarding Care Coordinator, that will lead and oversee the mobilisation of new complex care packages, ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for clients. The Onboarding Care Coordinator will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, manage the entire onboarding and mobilisation process, and complete relevant administrative duties. The role of Onboarding Care Coordinator requires identifying and managing potential risks and participating in on-call duties. As part of the Client Relations and Mobilisation Department, the Onboarding Care Coordinator will contribute to the delivery of new business opportunities and provide regular updates to the management team. To excel in this role, you should have exceptional organisational and communication skills, strong IT skills, be able to work under pressure, manage conflicting priorities, and work both independently and as part of a team.

**Do you have?**
- A degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent work experience required.
- Previous experience of working within the complex care environment.
- Experience of managing multiple complex projects with competing deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements including CQC.
