We’ve partnered with our client, a thriving tech start-up based in London, for a skilled Operations Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent role, with the option of working one day a week from home.

In this role, you’ll immerse yourself in a variety of tasks that keep operations running smoothly. Your typical day will involve managing the office for a team of six and handling essential administrative tasks. You will also be the first point of contact for visitors. You’ll play a vital part in managing expenses, invoices, and conduct research in support of sales and marketing efforts. You’ll proactivity organise and support events and tackle any ad-hoc duties that arise.

**Operations Administrator** **Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive general administration assistance.
- Serve as the initial contact point for visitors, ensuring a warm welcome.
- Efficiently manage office operations for the team.
- Handle financial administration, including expenses and invoices.
- Conduct light research to assist the sales and marketing team.
- Assist in organising and supporting company events.
- Address any other ad-hoc duties as required.
