Are you proactive, organised, and ready to take on the world of operations? EMJ is searching for an Operations Administrator to play a pivotal role in our high-performing company. As part of our dynamic team, you'll tackle office administration, logistics, IT, hardware lifecycle management, process optimisation and various ad-hoc tasks. **Expectations**
- Take control of office processes, equipment monitoring, and workstation support to enhance service efficiency.
- Handle general office needs, from booking meeting rooms to liaising with building reception.
- Keep a 'live' hardware log, tracking IT equipment and strategising for productivity improvement.
- Manage the hardware lifecycle, arranging repairs, renewals, and recycling.
- Administer the shared Operations help desk, ensuring tasks are completed within agreed service level agreements.
- Assist with logistics for congress attendance, bookings, and facilitation.
- Support other administrative duties under the guidance of the Operations Lead.

**Experience Required**
- Eager to develop a career in Operations/Office Management.
- Highly organised, proactive, and a clear communicator.
- Process-oriented and methodical, with a knack for explaining the importance of process to others.
- Detail-oriented, with an eye for spotting improvement opportunities.
- Problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn and continuously improve.

**Key Information**
- **Salary**: £25,000 per annum
- **Hours**: 8.30am - 5pm, Mon-Fri
- **Working pattern**: This is a full-time office based role
- **Location**: Moorgate, London
