This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.**:
**The Employee Services System Specialist will be responsible for the delivery of effective HR & Payroll processes, delivering improvements through digitalisation and automation.**:
**What will you deliver?**:
- Support the HR Admin & Payroll Manager to deliver UKBU People Initiatives.
- Responsible for the maintenance, license management and improvement of existing HR & Payroll solutions, ensuring future fit.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement liaising with SAP Service Delivery, Employee Services Leadership and HR Operational teams to assess, prioritise and deliver ongoing system improvements driven by legislation and efficiency levers.
- Support contract mobilisations to ensure HR & Payroll system readiness for effective, accurate timely transition.
- Coordinate Account Management of 3rd Party providers of Employee Services systems and tools (Excluding SAP).
- Coordinate Change Management and Governance procedures for all Employee Services systems and processes.
- Responsible for SAP user management.

**Who are we looking for?**:
- Understanding of current HR & Payroll legislation
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
- Ability to influence and build effective relationships
- Ability to utilise data insights to identify and drive improvements
- Advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP/ Success Factors
- Lean experience at White Belt & Yellow belt level
- Experience in implementation and systems development
- Extensive experience in HR & Payroll procedures
- Knowledge of Change Management is desirable
