Inclusion & Diversity Coordinator

**Team**: The EMEA Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) team comprises of the Global Director of I&D and Recruitment, Senior I&D Manager EMEA, I&D Advisor EMEA and Senior WellBeing Advisor. The EMEA Inclusion & Diversity team work closely with the US Inclusion & Diversity team, led by the Director of Inclusion & Diversity, US.

**Purpose of job**

The I&D Coordinator is a key member of the I&D team and will play an important role in supporting, engaging and collaborating with diverse communities within the firm, and in ensuring the operational delivery of key elements of our I&D and WellBeing strategy. This includes coordinating projects and collaborating with various key stakeholders to deliver important team priorities.
The I&D Coordinator will support the firm’s I&D strategies, in addition to taking responsibility for important talent and educational initiatives in support of the firm’s overarching I&D strategy and goals.
The I&D Coordinator will work closely with all members of the I&D team, seeking out opportunities to collaborate and to highlight intersections across the firm’s areas of focus.

The role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience coordinating various I&D and WellBeing programmes and initiatives and engage with stakeholders from all levels.
**Key responsibilities**
The I&D Coordinator will be responsible for these I&D and Wellbeing tasks
- Supporting the EMEA team in developing and monitoring the Firm’s diversity and inclusion and wellbeing strategy
- Supporting global and local initiatives and identifying areas for improvement
- Monitoring high level diversity and inclusivity management information and contributing to reports
- Demonstrating working knowledge of relevant policies, equality legislation and practices, and answering basic queries for internal and external stakeholders
- Support the team with the preparation of communications, presentations, workshops and submissions for internal stakeholders as well as regulators, industry bodies and awards
- Maintaining the Connexus sites and website pages
- Keeping an accurate record of the teams expenditure and be responsible for managing and processing invoices in a timely manner
- Arranging internal task-group meetings, updating task-group membership lists, issuing agendas and producing meeting minutes
- Proactively developing relationships with key HR teams and external suppliers
- Coordinating the on-site management of event logistics, liaising with internal/external trainers, presenters, venues and attendees
- Managing and responding to enquiries received into the team inbox

- The ability to manage and influence key stakeholders
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent systems knowledge, e.g. MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Project Management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to tight deadlines
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills and the ability to motivate and engage others around the importance of workplace Inclusion & Diversity.
