Our client is reputable US law firm recently recognised for their inclusive Diversity & Inclusion efforts landing them nominations for 'The Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality’, they are now recruiting a passionate and pro-active Diversity & Inclusion Specialistto join their growing HR team in their London offices on a permanent basis, in a newly created role for the firm

The Diversity & Inclusion Specialist leads the execution of the London diversity function, coordinating events, providing support for special projects as needed and supporting all aspects of the firm’s diversity efforts, including interfacing with constituents,internally and externally.

KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Supporting planning and implementation of diversity initiatives with the London offices, looking to bring in new ideas as well as aligning with the Global D&I strategy, which is led from the US.
- Leading in the implementation and execution of diversity seminars, workshops and trainings.
- Maintaining current diversity statistics and surveys requested by clients and outside organisations.
- Drafting and updating diversity marketing materials and maintaining content on the Firm’s diversity web page.
- Reporting and analysing key diversity statistics including headcount and utilisation.
- Coordinating and track firm sponsorships of diversity events and partnerships with strategically aligned organisations.
- Assisting the Manager Professional Development with Graduate Recruitment and various stages of the trainee life cycle, induction, seat moves, mid and end of seat reviews and qualification process.
