**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated Training Specialist to support our team in deploying training solutions and managing key events across a wide region. As a Diversity and Inclusion Expert, you will have a passion for developing and delivering tailored training programmes.

This role involves coordinating the smooth execution of central events, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet our high standards of quality. You will work closely with our Events team and Managed Service Providers to ensure successful delivery.

  • Event Coordination: Support the team in planning and executing face-to-face events for up to 50 participants.
  • Learning Path Coordination: Assist the team in planning and executing a comprehensive event schedule for new learning paths.
  • LMS Support: Collaborate with country teams to expand and integrate training content into the partners' Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
  • Content Tracking & Reporting: Track and follow up with country teams to monitor the consumption of training content by partner staff.
  • Impact Measurement: Measure and report on the impact of training programs, particularly in terms of cost savings and time efficiency.
