**Role**:

- Coordinate property valuations
- Prepare and present property listings to clients
- Assist clients in finding suitable properties based on their needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values
- Negotiating offers and progressing transactions through to completion
- Liaise with, Vendors, Buyers, Solicitors, Mortgage Broker and Lenders, Estate Agents and Surveyors providing effective advice and guidance
- Liaising with the wider team and business

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Prior experience working within the property industry essential
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Excellent standard of communication
- Strong administration skills

This is a great opportunity, and you will be joining a very professional and friendly organisation.

Full time 5 days a week 8.30am to 5.00pm and every alternate Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm

Where you work a Saturday, you can choose to receive ½ a day of annual leave or be paid overtime.

Holidays 30 days (this includes bank holidays) plus an extra day for every full year of service up to a maximum of 3 additional days.

Competitive salary - discussed at interview.

**You must have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle.**
