This Recruitment Coordinator role is to be working in an exciting and fast paced company with a great global footprint. Based in Dunstable in great offices they have a great culture with the Human Resources and Personnel function

**Client Details**

This UK head office of a great fast paced global group who operate within the consumer gods market is recruiting for a varied Recruitment Coordinator role on an initial 6 month temporary basis in Dunstable with the potential to develop into a role withintheir friendly and supportive Human Resources and Personnel team. With great on site facilities the company are in need of someone with strong administrative skills and some exposure to recruitment or onboarding.

**Description**

Recruitment Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities will include:

- To prepare offer of employment letters, prepare and issue contracts of employment and provide any associated documentation during the employment of a support worker
- Writing and uploading of job adverts on various job boards and social media
- Full responsibility for ensuring all data is accurate and updated
- Building and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies
- Acting as the main point of contact for initial recruitment queries
- Maintaining the recruitment tracker to always ensure it's up to date
- Management and monitoring of the Recruitment mailbox
- Support of Human Resources and personnel activities where necessary

**Profile**
- Ideally experience with recruitment, human resources or personnel
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Possesses a 'Can do attitude'
- Good organisational experience
- Good IT skills - able to use a variety of business platforms and databases
- Experience and ability to prioritise own workload
- Able to work on own initiative
- The ability to work to deadlines
- Must be comfortable working as part of a team
