Employment Relations Coordinator

Rise Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, with experience in posting job applications, screening CVs, and conducting initial interviews.
The ideal candidate will also have proficiency in using HR software platforms, as well as experience in employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
The salary range for this position is £39,000 - £41,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:- Source and recruit high-quality candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Ensure ongoing training programs are up-to-date and effectively implemented.
- Liaise with external HR consultants for legal advice on emerging HR issues.
- Address employee grievances and manage relations to maintain a positive workplace.
- Administer employee feedback surveys and work with senior management on implementing improvements based on feedback.
- Proven experience in recruitment.
- Proficiency in using HR software platforms.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
