This is a **Full-time, Permanent** opportunity working **Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 17:30pm**based at our office in **Dunstable**with some opportunities for **Hybrid Working.**
As a result of internal progression, a Project Coordinator vacancy has arisen within our international events team. You will be responsible for coordinating between the customer and our operational teams to ensure customer’s shipments are delivered fromevent to event within agreed timescales.
**Wh at’s in it for you?**
You’ll receive an annual salary of **£33,000 to £37,000**depending on experience**PLUS a generous annual bonus of up to 5%**along with an extensive range of **company benefits** including our **wellbeing programme**, **private medical cover** and employee**discounts.**
**What will you be doing?**
You will be directly speaking to high profile customers, creating transport bookings and recording all logistics requirements. Due to the nature of our customers industry, they will require specialist equipment to be shipped, using air, ocean and road, fromevent to event across the world on strict time constraints.
You will use your coordination skills to ensure our operations team are meeting the customer requirements within the agreed timescales, liaising with our overseas operations team and freight agents to ensure shipments arrive on time with their correspondingshipping documentation.
Using your excellent communication skills, you will provide timely updates to the customer, following up on shipment statuses and checking in on UK and Overseas Ops teams.
Along with preparing for inbound shipments at each event location, you will be proactively planning for outbound operations ready for when each event finishes along with producing and managing billing on completion of each project.
**What experience will you need?**
You will have come from an Account Management / Operations background, with previous experience dealing with corporate clients.
