Our colleagues in the **UK HR team** are looking for a new Car Fleet & HR** Administrator**

The role purpose is to predominantly manage the end-to-end administration of the UK Car Fleet and ensure co-ordination of all Fleet related activities between shared service, vendors, and Payroll Tax.

In addition, you will support the UKI HRBP in activities relating to the employee lifecycle including employee data, reward and benefits, performance management and other activities across the site.

The role would suit someone with a strong administration background who is looking for a new and varied challenge in a supportive team.

**HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Managing all administration of the UKI Car Fleet, including:

- Management of end-to-end UKI fleet tracker and reporting for car benefit elements of P11Ds
- Co-ordinating cars for new hires including allocating cars and informing of fuel card options/advise
- Working with shared service as a point of contact for all employee car-related queries
- Approve car orders, hire vehicles and decisions relating to early terminations of leases
- Manage all ad hoc queries relating to the UKI fleet
- Conduct regular reviews and complete necessary updates to driver guides and insurance documentation
- Lead on annual audit process of car fleet and follow up action plans
- Manage weekly and monthly car parking payment process for office colleagues
- Liaising and partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Liaise with shared service as part of ways of working
- Continuous improvement on both process and policy relating to car fleet
- Prepare and present key proposal changes to stakeholders
- Supporting the UKI HRBP on the generalist HR agenda including:

- Providing day-to-day support to the UKI business employees and People Managers relating to the people agenda including on-boarding, employee relations cases, reward and recognition, performance management and learning and development.
- Support broader activities at the site relating to ED&I and employee benefits, as well as other annual and ad hoc activities.
- Driving continuous improvement of HR/People processes, ensuring effective and efficient delivery.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as appropriate

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Strong organisation, time management and prioritisation skills.
- Administration experience is essential.
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills - both written and verbal - to engage employees across the business
- Strong IT skills - Microsoft Office & Microsoft Outlook essential, SAP knowledge desirable
- Curiosity and willingness to learn, confident in their communication abilities and ideally want to pursue a career in HR
- Good understanding of HR processes and employment legislation is desirable but not essential
