**Role Overview**
You will be a key contributor on the Digital Delivery People Operations team, a strategic team focused on creating a simple, integrated, and digital experience for our people, and real time data & insight about our people.

This is an ideal role for you to build a career within a technology driven HR function. The purpose of this role is to provide internal administration and support services, across Bupa’s self-service technology, supporting a broad range of HR and learning topics throughout the Employee Lifecycle.

You will assist in System diagnostics, and act as a frontline digital expert, supporting the people experience you will have some exposure to HTML coding, digital design, and analytics along with content management.

**What you’ll do**:

- Be the main point of contact for users of our digital products in relation to a broad range of queries.
- Ensure that all implementations and updates to our digital products are completed within the agreed timescales, whilst maintaining accuracy and great user experience.
- Proactively encourage the use of self-serve technology throughout the organisation.
- Work on the administrative needs of ad hoc projects as needed.
- Log and track escalated support queries and work closely with our internal support teams, ensuring that a timely resolution is met for the customer.
- Form relationships across all Bupa functions, gaining insight into their daily operating models and understanding their challenges working together to find a first-time resolution where possible.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Understand of what makes a good ‘user experience’ when using systems and websites
- Experience in digital design, with experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
- Well-developed communication skills, with a high proficiency in written English and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Ability to effectively prioritise tasks in order to meet pre agreed timescales, deadlines and performance standards
- Ability to identify problems and know when to refer to the Digital People Experience Manager or escalate to other support functions
- A strong sense of team and passion for collaborating with others to deliver an outcome
- Proactive approach to self-development
