The role will involve the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will require a high degree of organisational skills and excellent working knowledge of administrative systems.

The post holder will often be the first point of contact and a focal point for the Patient Experience services requiring clear communication and liaison skills.

**Main duties of the job**:
This is an exciting post to work as part of a team to ensure the delivery of a quality administration service for the Patient Experience Team including the Assistant Director.

- Educated to GCSE, ‘O’ level or equivalent in English / Maths.
- NVQ3 Administration or equivalent qualification or experience
- Word processing / typing certificate to RSA II level ECDL Qualification or equivalent
- Experience of working with service users/public.
- Previous Office/ administration experience.
- Experience of successfully working within tight time frames and to deadlines

**Desirable criteria**:

- Experience of using SMART, E Procurement & other NHS Apps
- Previous experience working in an NHS environment.
