**Team Leader Customer Service**

**DSV are recruiting for Customer Service Agent at Belfast. This role will be dealing directly with customers and hauliers and helping them with complaints and questions.**:
**Key Tasks**
- Liaising with key suppliers and ensuring SLAs are met.
- Acting as first line of contact for customer service queries.
- Managing and reporting investigations.
- Administrative support across the business where required.

**Duties / Responsibilities**
- Provide customers with excellent support and service.
- Daily monitor the progress of distributions.
- Manage freight charges.
- Maintain customer requirement records accurately in order to meet customer specific requirements.
- Assist with other office duties as assigned.

**Skills and Competencies**
- The ability to work as a team and as an individual.
- Be adaptable and have excellent communication.
- Work well under pressure.
- Create a good positive atmosphere.
- Take responsibility for decision making.
