Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to meet sales targets and exceed KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in retail management within the premium sector.
  • Excellent leadership, motivational, and communication skills.
  • A high level of brand awareness and product knowledge.

Compensation: Base salary: £28,256 per annum, plus 20% staff discount across all Frasers group brands and cycle to work scheme.
