About the Job:

We are seeking a Sales Team Lead to join our team at Servprostcharlescounty. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and maximise KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure a positive store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide training to the sales team.
  • Manage operational tasks to maintain a smooth daily store operation.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a retail position, ideally with some exposure to store management.
