- Assisting with project management

Keeping project files up to date and checking information is correct

Proactively sourcing information on upcoming events

Generating and updating project timelines

Completing and submitting statutory documents

Identifying upcoming tasks in weekly project management meetings

Supply chain

Scoping travel and accommodation requirements

Maintaining and updating PO system

Tracking stock levels

Checking print production orders

Administering travel card and credit card spend

Collating non-standard supplier payments
