**Key Duties of the Finance Administrator**:

- Processing invoices from suppliers to the correct Ledger accounts
- Receiving invoices
- Processing expense claims to general ledger
- Create and review payment runs
- Verifying new supplier payments details
- Daily Reconciliations

**Key requirements of the Finance Administrator**:

- 6 months + experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Proficient in Excel - ideally have basic pivots and lookups skills
- Desirable to have relevant qualifications (AAT/university)
- Good knowledge of VAT
