Lynx Employment Services are a professional recruitment company based in Attercliffe. Established in 2001, we have provided temporary and permanent staff to many different public and private companies.
We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is looking to recruit a Facilities Service Administrator to contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the onsite Help Desk, providing administrative operational and commercial support as required.
Duties of the role include:
- Taking helpdesk calls via the Cisco phones system
- Providing day-to-day management of the CAFM system, ensuring contractual obligations are met
- Monitoring/managing outstanding job sheets, producing backlog reports, ensuring the system is up-to-date at all times
- Proactively liaising with technical staff, supervisors, managers, and building users to ensure accurate, relevantn and timely communication is maintained at all times
- Providing accurate data, generating detailed monthly reports from the system for incorporation into the monthly report
- Assisting in the collating/production of monthly reports as required by the general manager
- Providing administrative support to the supervisory/management staff across the contract, including but not limited to H&S, maintenance, projects, finance, quality, and compliance
- Raising remedial jobs
- Creating folders and filing them away
- Running reports for outstanding reactive and remedials tasks
- Accessing arrangements to KCC buildings
- Any other duties as required.
This position is a temporary role contracted for four months, expiring at the end of April 2023, working full time 40hrs a week, paying £11.31ph.
