Below duties involved:

- Ensure all visitors sign the visitors register.
- Manage incoming calls, ensuring appropriate redirection to designated individuals.
- Complete Purchase orders following the correct Company procedures.
- Book deliveries in & collections out with external couriers.
- Record employee timesheets accurately.
- Generate product labels via printing.
- Contact customers to confirm their orders.
- Generate invoices and input inventory details into Sage system.
- To carry out any other duty that is appropriate to the level of the post as may be assigned from time to time by your line manager.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
