As our business continues to grow, we are in search of a Lettings Administrator to join our team at Freedom Homes, a property management company in Peterborough that specialises in shared accommodation for working professionals.
This role is vital to ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining our high standard of service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and organise office files, records, and documents
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating property viewings
- Provide administrative support to the lettings team and maintenance teams
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to address their inquiries and concerns
- Conduct new tenant move-ins by handing over keys and ensuring tenants have all necessary documents to move-in
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an estate agency or
- property management company
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency and familiarity with property management software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- A full UK driving license and own transport
