Job Title: Service Coordinator

Contract: Permanent

**Salary**: £20K - £25K (dependent on experience)

Hours: Full Time

Location: Near Balsall Common

Our client is based in a rural location with easy access to Kenilworth, Warwick, Leamington Spa and Solihull. Working within a small team you will be providing full administrative support to the company.

**Key duties will include**:

- Sales and parts administration
- Credit control support when needed for the finance department
- Raise sales orders using Sage Accounts package, ensuring all details are accurate at all times
- Manage and create spreadsheets on behalf of engineers based on weekly figure reports
- Maintain in house documents for company orders
- Book in part orders for the business and complete ensuring the relevant administration and invoicing is inline with company policies
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers on behalf of the business
- Use of external online software's for data records and claims
- Create and present weekly, monthly and annual reports based on sales to the higher management team
- Ad-hoc administration duties: post, equipment, book couriers etc

**Key Skills/Experience Required**:

- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Sage Line 50 would be advantageous.
- Excellent IT skills including advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Self-motivated, a team player able to work on own initiative.
- Able to prioritise tasks.
