As we continue to expand our services in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, we are seeking a diligent and organised Service Department Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department, facilitating effective communication between clients, service technicians, and the rest of our team.

**Hours**:

- 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

**Job Type**:

- Full Time, Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to timelines.
- Maintain and update service records and customer databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process service orders, forms, and invoices, facilitating a seamless flow of information within the department.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports on service department activities.
- Provide administrative support to service technicians, including logístical planning and the management of service inventories.
- Collaborate with the design and build teams to ensure cohesive project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role, preferably within a service department.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing various tasks with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn specialised software related to our industry.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- A commitment to discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
