Home Care Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Home Care Coordinator to join our team at Solo Support Services Ltd. This is a 6-month temporary position with the possibility of extension.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality home care services to a client in their own home. This will involve assisting with daily tasks, promoting independence, and enhancing the client's quality of life.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a caring attitude. They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £25,000 per annum (based on 40 hours per week) plus benefits package
