About the Role:

As a Care Assistant-Driver, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to our clients, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, mobility, and household duties.
  • To provide transportation to clients, utilizing your own vehicle.
  • To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • To adhere to Silverberry Care's policies and procedures at all times.
  • To report any significant changes in client health or circumstances to the Field Care Supervisor or Care Manager.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
  • Ability to use your own initiative and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Caring and sensitive approach to supporting vulnerable individuals.
  • Self-motivated and well-organized individual.
