We are an independent fostering agency dedicated to enhancing the lives of children and young people. Our team is passionate about supporting foster carers in providing a safe and nurturing environment for youngsters to grow and achieve.
About the Role:
- Foster carers will look after children in their own home on either a short- or long-term basis, fulfilling care plans in conjunction with a wider team of professionals.
- Key responsibilities include transporting children to nursery or school, building relationships with teachers and key staff, and promoting activities and interests.
- Foster carers will work collaboratively with the birth family members to support children's well-being and development.
Requirements:
- Foster carers should have experience working with children and young people, whether on a personal or professional basis.
- Relevant professions include teaching, nursing, support work, and caregiving.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
