Nursery Nurse Position

Nurse Seekers is proud to offer a unique opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse or Qualified Teacher to join our quality purpose-built Nursery near Kenilworth, Warwickshire.

About the Role

  1. Promote the development of young children, providing a safe and supportive environment that fosters their emotional, social, and cognitive growth.
  2. Design and deliver engaging teaching and learning experiences, taking into account the diverse needs and abilities of children in your care.
  3. Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents/carers to ensure comprehensive support for children's development, recognizing the importance of partnerships in achieving excellent outcomes.
  4. Lead by example, demonstrating expertise in early childhood education and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and education.
  5. Show a genuine passion for making every day special for young children, embracing the power of play and exploration in learning.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, as well as additional benefits, including in-house training and career progression opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • A Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse or Qualified Teacher qualification, with a valid qualification in childcare and education.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with 3- and 4-year-olds, showcasing a deep understanding of early childhood development and a commitment to delivering exceptional care and education.
