Bright Horizons is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our team of dedicated professionals.

As a Bank Staff Member, you will have the flexibility to choose your own hours and enjoy the security of being an employee.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage children in entertaining and educational play and activities, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Working closely with colleagues, you will ensure that all essential tasks are completed to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for children.

About the Role

As an Early Years Educator, you will contribute to creating a stimulating and nurturing atmosphere that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.

Key Responsibilities
Main duties include:
  • Designing and implementing EYFS-based activities and lesson plans
  • Monitoring and recording children's progress and development
  • Collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver programs
  • Providing exceptional care and attention to children's needs
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports


Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
  • A valid Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)
  • Substantial experience working with children in a nursery setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and self-improvement
