We are looking for a **Services Operations Team Co-Ordinator **to join us.

Full Time, Permanent Position - 37 hrs per week

Flexible location, but with the ability to attend meetings around the country, and as required at Head Office in Bournemouth.

**Role Overview**:
As the Services Operations Team Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for the smooth organisation and management of the Operation Director’s administration tasks, ensuring clear communication and direction across the senior leadership team.

This includes:

- Diary and appointment management
- Organising meetings, creating and distributing minutes
- Processing purchase orders and invoices
- Coordinating and delivering divisional events
- Undertaking any ad hoc projects.

You will work with Services Operations teams to support the company culture and values and deliver of high levels of business performance and customer satisfaction.

**Experience and Qualifications required**

**Ideally you will have**:

- A qualification in Business Administration (or similar) or working towards one
- Excellent computer and keyboard skills, including all aspects of Microsoft Office
- Good administrative and organisational skills and ability to prioritise your work in a fast paced and sometimes changing environment
- Supported a senior leadership team to meet targets and deadlines.
