The HR Assistant will be responsible for:

- Supporting the wider People team in all areas of HR Administration
- Ensuring all employee records are up to date
- Maintaining an accurate database
- Resolving HR related queries, escalating where appropriate
- Accurately recording absences
- Managing the HR inbox
- Supporting the wider team with recruitment
- Supporting the HR Advisors in employee relations cases
- Tracking new starters and participating in the on-boarding and induction processes
- Monitoring sickness, and absence
- Any other ad hoc duties as required

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful HR Assistant will have:

- A proven track record within a similar role
- CIPD L3 or above
- Good knowledge of employment law, policies and procedures.
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use own initiative
- A genuine desire to learn
