Apprentice HR Support Administrator Level 3

Your main administrative duties include screening & vetting, maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.
- General administration duties such as: filing, scanning and photocopying
- Create & Maintain employee records
- Screening & Vetting of new starters to BS7858 (5 year background checks)
- Create and issue ID cards
- Update and maintain HR databases (e.g. new hires, leavers, holidays and absences)
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, e.g. employee information, pay rates, absences and leavers.
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.

Skills Required:

- Good organisation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills, both in-person and on the telephone
- Listening/understanding the Customer's requirements
- Flexible

You will need 5 GCSE’s or equivalent at Grade A* to C or 9 to 4, including English Language and Mathematics.

**Job Type**: Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £7.50 per hour
