**Salary**:£32,500k per annum
**Job Type**: Full time - 9 am - 5.00 pm, Monday - Friday
Join Our Team at First Response Group - Human Resources Advisor
Are you passionate about supporting a dynamic Human Resources team? First Response Group is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Advisor to be based at our Chesham Office.
**Key Activities & Responsibilities**:
- Manage ER cases from end to end.
- Guide and support managers with HR best practice.
- Support with exit processes.
- Create and maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
- Provide an advisory service to colleagues so that they are fully aware of their contractual terms and conditions.
- Induct new employees, providing orientation information packets, reviewing company policies, and explaining benefit programs.
- Update and maintain HR databases (new hires, leavers, holidays, and absences).
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
- Review HR policies and procedures.
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
- Document HR actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Promote colleague engagement.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
- Accomplish HR department and organisational mission by completing related results as needed.
K**ey Outputs & Performance Metrics**:
- Adhere to processes, procedures, and policies.
- Accuracy, speed, and efficiency of transactional processing and reporting.
- Tracking and improvement of staff attrition.
- Performance management.
- Good governance, risk, social responsibility, compliance, environment, and sustainability tracking.
- Efficient updating of HR and payroll data.
- Meticulous management of employee data.

**Essential Criteria**:
- 3 years experience Human Resources
- CIPD membership (preferred)
