Service Coordinator

Our client an established company based in Leigh are looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a friendly team providing first class service to their customers and engineers.
The duties for this Service Coordinator role will include:
- Answering incoming telephone calls from customers
- Taking details of queries
- Taking enquiries and service calls via the company app
- Building ongoing relationships with customers
- Liaising and scheduling engineers to visit customer sites
- Dealing with any queries and complaints
- Updating customer records with any updates or amendments
- Generating and distributing quotes for services
- Advising customers on legal requirements
- Liaising with Management to provide feedback and updates
- General administration duties as required
The successful applicant for this Service Coordinator role will possess:
- Previous experience in a relevant customer service focussed environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to to organise prioritise workloads
- Able to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Have sound administration skills
- Able to retain product knowledge and provide best practice advice
- Be confident in dealing with off site engineers
- Have pro-active problem solving skills and able to work well under pressure
- Be a strong team player
In return the company offer this role on a full time, permanent basis with some negotiation and flexibility available on the hours.
**Salary**: c£23,000 per annum
