RG Consultancy is seeking a skilled Financial Transaction Coordinator to work with and report to their Finance Manager at a well-established Company based in Leigh. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk looking to expand their skill set further and work in the property industry.

The Role:

  • Issuing Purchase Orders
  • Logging invoices
  • Matching purchase orders to invoices
  • Coding invoices
  • Obtaining approval for all invoices from Asset Managers
  • Preparing cheques, posting payments on to the system, and printing remittances
  • Filling in the bank reconciliations for each company
  • Once cheques are signed, adding cheques to remittances and posting to suppliers
  • Filing all invoices

The Person:

  • Excellent communication skills and confident on the phone
  • Experienced in MS Excel
