This role offers a great opportunity for a skilled professional looking to expand their skill set within the property industry.

The Role:

  • Issue purchase orders
  • Record invoices
  • Verify accuracy of purchase orders against received invoices
  • Categorize and process invoices
  • Obtain approval for all invoices from asset managers
  • Process payments, prepare remittances, and post transactions
  • Update bank records for each company
  • File all processed invoices

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills, confident on the phone
  • Proficient in MS Excel
