Financial Administrator

RG Consultancy is currently working with a well-established company in Leigh, seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join their team and report directly to the Finance Manager. This role offers a great opportunity for a skilled professional looking to expand their skill set within the property industry.
The Role:
- Issue purchase orders
- Record invoices
- Verify accuracy of purchase orders against received invoices
- Categorize and process invoices
- Obtain approval for all invoices from asset managers
- Process payments, prepare remittances, and post transactions
- Update bank records for each company
- File all processed invoices
The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills, confident on the phone
- Proficient in MS Excel
