**As a Team Secretary some of your responsibilities will include**:
**PA Duties**
- Provide full administrative support in any capacity to the Partners. This includes (list is not exhaustive): diary management, arranging meetings, travel bookings, conference registration, and other support as required.

**Client Interface**
- Providing the client with polite, friendly, and professional contact through all forms of communication
- Taking accurate phone messages when necessary
- Dealing with general enquiries when able

**Team Secretary duties**
- Provide full administrative support in any capacity to the managers ‐ trainees
- Internal room bookings
- Arranging Travel /hotels
- Bank letters / letters / formatting
- Raising invoices on behalf of managers
- Printing
- Arranging Couriers (where necessary)
- Submitting Expenses upon request,
- Arranging and assisting with social events, business marketing events etc
- Updating client database spreadsheet

**Word Processing**
- Proficiency in Office packages; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to use effectively and professionally within Evelyn format
- Willing to learn Evelyn systems e.g. STAR (timesheet and billing), Contacts database, Intranet publisher, DMS, Concur (expenses), Client Database Report (monthly) etc.

**Administration**
- Ad hoc secretarial and administrative duties, e.g. chasing bank letters, running reports from various systems when required, conflict checks, and Land Registry searches, AML (onboarding new clients) etc.
- Helping with new starter inductions and liaising with IT for new starters and leavers.

**Meetings and lunches/dinners**
- Arranging client and internal meetings.
- Preparing and collating all relevant documents.
- Taking the minutes if required.
- Arranging client lunches/dinners in private dining rooms.
- Assist with Annual Review process
- Assisting with ADR process

**Post**
- Daily post distributing
- Responding to general enquiry letters

**To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate**:

- Significant experience of working at a senior level
- Detailed knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fast and Accurate copy typing
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a pressurised environment with the ability to prioritise work
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
