Administration Assistant

We're looking to recruit an Administration Assistant for our Lincolnshire branch in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. You must have previous office/administration experience and be proficient in using Microsoft Software such as Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and others to be successful in this role. Experience within a care setting would be advantageous but is not essential to this role.
**Monday to Friday 30 hours per week with a view to rising to Full Time 37.5 hours per week as the branch grows.**

Office Manager duties are but not limited to**:
- **
- Digital filing.
- Management of digital client and staff files.
- Data clean-up of electronic monitoring system.
- Minute taking during meetings.
- Supporting your Regional Manager.
- Recruitment and training.
- DBS Checks for staff.
- Ordering Office Supplies & Staff Equipment (PPE)
- Other Administrative Tasks.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: From £18,190.00 per year
