Are you an all round Administrator? Are you looking for a new challenge?

Come and join our friendly team within Training and Education. The role will be supporting the ESR Mandatory Training team using your excellent administrator and organisational skills.

You will assist staff to ensure they maintain their training compliance with face to face and online training. Full training on the ESR (Electronic Staff Record) system will be given and a buddy system in place with the ESR Co-ordinator to ensure confidence in using the system.

You will be working on the ESR helpdesk dealing with general enquires, password resets, updating training and personal records, producing reports, and taking class bookings.

You will have full training on the system and will always have a mentor within the team.

To input Training and Education information and data using OLM, and other current databases and spreadsheets.

Central point of contact for the helpdesk for internal and external enquires by staff and external trainers.

Create and maintain training bookings, sending out confirmation bookings, updating attendance.

Resetting passwords, creating new users onto the systems

To support the OLM Learning Management System e-learning tool by e.g. - creating new users, resetting passwords, and providing reports as required by the Co-ordinator and Manager

To ensure that timely and accurate information is inputted and maintained with the OLM system, generating and analysing data required using appropriate reporting systems, including spreadsheets and databases, and providing the required information.

To manipulate data to produce reports as instructed, both regular and ad hoc, using OLM, spreadsheets and databases. For example, mandatory training may include staff compliance rates and other training and education information

To take bookings, schedule courses, provide general administration, proactively deal with queries and publish training and education events for the Training and Education Team. To develop good working relationships with internal and external providers

To maintain and update the team intranet along with other administrators in the Training and Education Team

To contribute to any projects relating to training and education e.g. - OLM data cleansing and system implementation, and also for non-system related projects across the team.

To assist with producing information leaflets and other forms of communication to staff within the trust.

To provide general administrative support to the wider Training and Education Team when needed
