Customer Support Administrator

**Are you super organised and good with people?**
We need someone to support our property management team and provide a great service to our owners and residents.
**Can you do that?**
Usually 9-5 Monday to Friday (and every 3rd Saturday mornings on a rota basis, with time off in lieu)
Working in our central St Ives Office, with a great positive team
We ideally need someone who has the following attributes - However this is an ideal wish list - none of us are a perfect match for our jobs So, if you think you meet some of these attributes then please apply:
- Able to communicate clearly and confidently with others in written and verbal English
- Conscientious, thorough and observant
- Uses initiative and able to solve problems and challenge whether things could be done better
- Able to undertake varied office administrative tasks
- Comfortable handling all manner of phone calls
- Understands routine house maintenance issues
- Able to adapt to different tasks
- Able to use computers for accurate records and communication
- Able to visit our properties when needed
- Comfortable working in an open plan office
- Current UK driving licence

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
