We are looking for caring individuals with a UK drivers license, to join our team of Support Staff to do amazing work that makes a difference to people with varying degrees of learning disabilities and Autism, promoting independence, and supporting them to lead a fulfilling life.

Every day will be different where you will be supporting the individuals we support with everyday challenges, helping them to learn new life skills and taking part in day-to-day activities that most people take for granted. You’ll be out and about, enjoying life together and no single day will be the same.

Previous experience is not essential as you’ll receive training tailored to the needs of the people you support, with guidance from experienced colleagues that will help you develop the skills you need. We provide additional training to help you achieve your ambitions with genuine opportunities for career progressions with a growing care provider.

We are recruiting for day staff, that are also able to do sleep in shifts and we will do our best to ensure that you have a work/life balance by working with you to agree the shift patterns you need and are comfortable with.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour
