Night Time Support Worker Learning Disabilities

We are looking for caring experienced support workers to join our team doing amazing work that makes a difference to people with varying degrees of learning disabilities and Autism, promoting safety and independence, helping them to lead a fulfilling life.

Previous experience is preferred but you’ll receive training tailored to the needs of the people you support, and have guidance from experienced colleagues who will help you develop the skills you need. We provide additional training to help you achieve your ambitions with genuine opportunities for career progressions with a growing care provider.

We are recruiting for night staff, and we will do our best to ensure that you have a work/life balance by working with you to agree the shift patterns you need and are comfortable with.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour
