Props Booking Co-ordinator

We are looking for a friendly, confident individual with strong communication and inter-personal skills to join our front of house team. We care more about your personality, interests, hobbies, likes, dislikes etc.. than your CV. We are looking for a person to settle well into a tight knit team. An individual looking for a challenge to thrive in a fast paced environment, within an incredible and unique industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Meeting and greeting clients to the front desk / warehouse, advising where props are and occasionally showing people around (of course this is mínimal during Covid). Good memory is important
- Taking payments
- Filing and other admin jobs
**What we’re looking for**:
- Some experience in a customer facing role
- Good telephone manner
- Confidence - the film and TV industry is a vivacious and lively place and so are the people working in it. Being confident is important
- An interest in the industry/arts/design/architecture
- Be comfortable with a warehouse setting. Whilst the front desk is not in the warehouse itself, you will be spending a lot of time in the warehouse. Being comfortable in this environment and happy to get your hands dirty is all part of the role.
- Work well under pressure - it can get exceptionally busy at times, you’ll need to be able to handle working on multiple bookings at the same time.
- Dog friendly - we have 3 office dogs so loving dogs is important.
**What we offer**:
- Full time (after 3 month initial probationary period).
- Working hours are 8:30am - 4pm.
- £21,000 per annum
